• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials may result in termination without refund.
• Program schedules, mentors, bonuses and delivery formats may be updated to improve outcomes.

3. Intellectual property

All course material, recordings, worksheets, templates, frameworks and branding are owned by us. You may not record, reproduce, resell, publish or distribute any material without prior written permission.

4. Payments

Fees are payable in advance in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts and offer codes may change at any time. Taxes apply as per law.

5. No guaranteed results

Our programs teach skills and habits. We do not guarantee any specific income, business or personal result, as outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.

6. Acceptable conduct

• No abusive, discriminatory or unlawful behaviour in any community group or live session.
• No spamming, poaching members, or promoting competing offers inside the community.
• We may remove access for conduct that harms other members or our team.

7. Third-party links

The website may contain short links and references to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
