Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital programs

Our memberships and courses are digital products delivered immediately after enrolment. Because material, recordings and bonuses become accessible right away, enrolment fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Cancellation before access

If you cancel before any course material, community access or session link has been shared, write to support@shubhvardan.com within 24 hours of payment and we will process a refund after deducting payment gateway charges.

Duplicate or failed payments

Duplicate charges or payments deducted without access being granted are refunded in full to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 working days.

Rescheduled programs

If a live bootcamp or workshop date changes, you may attend the next batch at no extra cost. Recordings are provided where available.

Annual subscriptions

Subscription levels can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. Fees already paid for the current term are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

How to request

Email support@shubhvardan.com from your enrolment email address with your name, payment reference and reason. We respond to every request within 3 working days.
